Beer Batter Fish


1 cup flour
1 Tbsp Hy's season salt (no MSG)
1/2 to 1 tsp baking powder
Beer or make a medium batter (non-alcohol beer works great)(not too thick and not too thin)


Dip boned fish cubes into batter and deep fry at 350 to 375 degrees until golden brown. Also very good with sauce made from 1 Tbsp horseradish and 4 Tbsp ketchup (to taste).
